Walk-in salt spray laboratory

The salt spray room is a salt spray test room upgraded on the basis of the ordinary traditional salt spray test chamber. It can not only do ordinary salt spray corrosion test, but also carry out high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and low humidity tests. Each test is carried out under the condition of salt spray corrosion, and large metal parts can be placed into it. The walk-in salt spray test room can be accessed by staff to facilitate the placing and taking out of specimens.

The test equipment simulates the corrosion test in the artificial environment, which is used to test the comparative quality of metal materials with or without corrosion protection; Suitable for rapid analysis of corrosion resistance tests such as discontinuities, holes and damage in organic and inorganic coatings, in addition, for quality control purposes, can be compared between samples coated with the same paint; Salt spray testing is particularly suitable for detecting discontinuities such as small holes and other defects in certain metallic, organic, anodized and conversion coatings.
