Gas corrosion tester

Regardless of whether there is protection, the corrosion of metal materials is affected by many environmental factors, and the degree of influence of environmental factors will be different with the type of metal materials and the type of environment. Laboratory tests are designed to simulate the effects of the most important factors that accelerate metal materials. This test equipment is designed to simulate and enhance the environmental effects of exposure to outdoor climates containing salt-contaminated conditions and corrosive gases from industry or traffic that may promote corrosion. The gas corrosion testing machine is used to simulate the accelerated corrosion test in the artificial atmosphere when the product is alternately exposed to corrosive gas, neutral salt spray and dry environment.

Description

The gas corrosion testing machine is used to test the corrosiveness of metal materials in the atmosphere. For the purpose of detailed investigation of material corrosion behavior and evaluation of environmental resistance, the exposure test of components and materials in corrosive gases is carried out to study the degree of deterioration.
